Cancellation Policy:
We respectfully advise all clients that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given we charge half the cost of the appointment booked. If you fail to arrive for the appointment we charge the full cost of the appointment booked. Prepaid Appointments, Booking Fees and Gift Vouchers will be forfeited.
Running late for your appointment: To ensure punctual service for all clients, appointments that start late due to client lateness will finish at their scheduled time, resulting in a shorter service for you. No discounts will be given for appointment that are shorter due to client lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be marked as a ’no show’ and any prepaid money or gift vouchers will be forfeited.

Refund Policy:
We will only offer a refund where there has been a fault with products purchased from ourselves. Where a treatment, or a course of treatments, has been purchased refunds will not be given. In certain circumstances Gift Vouchers may be offered as an alternative. Please note that, with prepaid treatments, whilst we will always do our utmost to accommodate you, appointments are always subject to availability.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prepaid Treatments/Courses of Treatment:

  • Prepaid treatments are non-refundable. In some circumstances we may refund any balance on to your account with us to be used for other treatments or products.
  • While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, appointments are always subject to availability.
  • Treatments that are allocated by time e.g. a course of ten ½ hour electrolysis can only be booked for the length of time bought e.g. one ½ hour cannot be taken as 2 x 15 minute appointments.
  • Our cancellation policy applies to all prepaid treatments. If you late cancel [24 hours’ notice or less] or miss an appointment it will be forfeited.

Our right to refuse service:

Occasionally we feel it necessary to refuse service to a customer. The management reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
